Former England boss Sven Goran-Eriksson agreed to help out the Mariners by loaning Shaleum, one of his young starlets, and the 19-year-old has put pen to paper on a month's deal in October.
Logan is certainly one earmarked for a long career at City after penning a new three-year deal this summer.
The Manchester lad was a star in the Blues Youth team that went all the way to the FA Youth Cup final two seasons ago.
Since then he has established himself in the Reserves - despite a serious leg injury last season - and this campaign he made the first team in City's two Carling Cup games.
